Shipping & Handling Charges

  • The Standard Shipping is the default shipping option for online orders. If you need other than Standard, call us at 972-243-1348 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5 PM CT or email us with your order confirmation number.
  • A $10.00 surcharge, per order, in addition to handling charges, applies for Overnight and Second Day air service to Alaska and Hawaii. No surcharge applies to Alaska and Hawaii for Standard or In-Store delivery.
  • Your shipping and handling fees will be totaled when you check out.
Delivery Addresses
  • You may have your purchase charged to you at one address and have it delivered to another address. However, we are unable to ship to more than one address per order at this time. If you're worried that you don't have a secure place for package delivery, you may consider having your package delivered to your place of business or to the Shoemartusa.com store of your choice.
FREE In-Store Delivery
  • Pay no shipping and handling charges when you pick up your online purchase at any one of our Shoemart stores found in Texas.
In-Store Delivery Estimated Shipping Times
  • Your order should arrive in 7 - 14 days after shipping.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Please allow additional days for your order to arrive.
In-Store Delivery Order Status
  • To keep you informed of the status of your order, we'll send three email updates:
    The first will be sent when we've successfully accepted your order and the second when we've shipped it from our fulfillment center. The third email will inform you of your order's arrival and availability for pickup during regular store hours.
  • We're sorry. At this time, online order tracking is not available for merchandise delivered in-store. As soon as the order arrives in the store, we will promptly send an email notification.
Unclaimed Orders
  • If you do not pick up your order, we'll try again to contact you. If your order has not been picked up within 60 days of its arrival in the store, we will make the merchandise available for sale to other customers and apply a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.
