Returns & Exchanges
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, just return the item for an exchange in-store or by mail within 30 days of purchasing your item. Customer is responsible for any shipping/handling fees when exchanging item by mail.  No refunds are allowed.   

Exchanges In-Store
  • Our store associates will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
  • When exchanging an item in-store, please bring:
    - The original packing slip/receipt.
    - The credit card used to purchase the item.
    - The item to return or exchange.
  • Worn shoes are not returnable.
Exchanges by mail
  • You must call the store(972-243-1348) for a RMA number before mailing your item.
  • Only Shoemartusa.com shoes with a customer receipt are processed by mail. Purchases without a customer receipt can not be processed for an exchange.
Shipping Charge Refunds
  • We work hard to ensure that every order is filled correctly and that products we send are free from defects. If we do make a mistake on an unworn shoe, you may return your unworn item by mail or to a store near you for a refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax.
    However, we do not refund shipping and handling charges in our stores.
    To be reimbursed shipping and handling charges for an incorrect or damaged unworn item, you must return your purchase by mail.
Canceling Orders
  • Because we work hard to ship every order within 24 hours, there is little time to cancel orders. Both registered and guest shoppers can review the status of their order by going to Order Status (located at the top of every page). Fill in the appropriate information to view your order details. If cancellation is still possible, it will be listed as an option. If the item has already been shipped, you will be able to return or exchange item.
